Accent Consulting Group (ACG) offers its clients a comprehensive, four-phase quality control program to ensure contract document requirements are being fulfilled and installations are to the highest industry standard.
Phase I: Pre-Installation Conference
Prior to commencement of new work, ACG conducts a pre-installation conference with General Contractor and relevant Subcontractors to review contract document requirements and ACG’s quality control site inspection checklist.
Phase II: Preparatory Inspections
Upon delivery of materials and equipment to jobsite, ACG conducts preparatory inspections to assure all material and/or equipment is per the approved submittals and shop drawings signed off by the architect.
Phase III: Initial Inspections
After a representative portion of work is completed, initial inspections are performed in the presence of GC and Subcontractor(s) to ensure work is installed per the contract documents and/or pre-installation conference directives.
Phase IV: Follow-up Inspections
Intermediate follow-up inspections are conducted to assure continued, full compliance with contract document requirements and quality and workmanship benchmarks established in pre-installation conference.
