Accent Consulting Group (ACG) performs project progress reviews and creates progress reports for construction projects. On a monthly or as needed basis, ACG conducts a project site visit and prepares a detailed report documenting work in place. Additionally, ACG ensures that requests for monthly disbursement of construction funds are accurate and reflective of work completed in the field or material stored offsite. Discrepancies between ACG’s monthly progress reports and general contractor draw request are reported to the lender via a monthly draw request analysis and recommendation.

ACG’s Project Reporting Services Include:

  • Monitoring in-place construction; photo archive
  • Monitoring Critical Path Method schedule status; project on-time or showing delays
  • Monitoring quality control procedures and compliance
  • Monitoring change order status; approved/pending/in-dispute

ACG’s Draw Review Services Include:

  • Comparing draw request completion status versus ACG monthly progress report
  • Reviewing request for payment for in-place work, including back-up documentation
  • Reviewing request for payment for stored material, including back-up documentation
  • Monitoring status of retainage
  • Reviewing release of liens from the GC and it’s Subcontractors
  • Providing recommendations to lender
