Completed in the summer of 2006, the six-story, 71,500 square foot mix-use condominium project is a beautiful blend of a historic restoration and urban design. The base building of Lofts 14 II was originally constructed in the 1920’s as a showroom for the decade’s ultimate consumer luxury goods, automobiles. The project highlights exposed brick, finished concrete and spacious ceiling heights. The architect added modern features such as exposed spiral duct work, industrial style sliding barn doors, and European style kitchens. The total development cost of the project was $17.5 million.
