Completed in the summer of 2005, the five-story, 109,000 square foot mix-use condominium project marries a historic building to modern architecture. Lofts 14 features authentic loft living with elevated platforms, exposed walls of original brick and terra cotta, bamboo flooring, and roof top decks. Lofts 14 was the winner of multiple awards including AIA and Delta associates condominium project of the year. The total development cost of the project was $32.5 million.
